The products offered for sale are those presented on the site on the day of consultation by the Customer. The photographs, descriptions and characteristics of the products are given for information purposes only and are not contractual. The Seller strives to provide a faithful presentation of the products, but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.

 

The order is made through the website. The Customer selects the products he wishes to purchase, adds them to his basket and proceeds to payment according to the terms available on the site.

After validation of the order and payment, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer to inform him that the order has been taken into account. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (non-payment, out of stock products, suspicion of fraud, etc.).

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They do not include delivery costs, which will be added before the final validation of the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), via a secure online payment service, or by any other means offered on the site. The order will only be validated after confirmation of payment.

 

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the site, but are not guaranteed. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery method chosen.

The Seller shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
 

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legislation in force. To do this, he must notify the Seller of his decision to withdraw by mail or email.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unused. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of defective products or an ordering error on the part of the Seller.
 

All products sold are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of a proven defect, the Customer may request an exchange or refund according to the conditions provided for in the return policy.
 

The Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, computer system failure, unavailability of products or events beyond its control. However, the Seller undertakes to take all possible measures to minimise inconvenience.
 

The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the personal information provided by the Customer when ordering. The personal data collected is used only to process orders and inform the Customer of offers and promotions. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete personal data, in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
 

All elements present on the Beloved Paris website, such as texts, images, logos, etc., are the exclusive property of the Seller and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification or unauthorized use is prohibited.
 

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The new conditions will be applicable from their publication on the site.
 

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the place of the Seller's registered office, unless otherwise provided.
